Driven by our competitive timescales we produce a detailed program of works, based on contract lead in times, design, procurement, manufacturing, installation and commissioning, specifically highlighting and focusing on the critical path to completion. As an SCI client, you will receive weekly progress reports from our Project Engineers. Reviewed by our Contract Managers, who ensure reactive measures are put in place as required, this regular reporting means any impact on project delivery is minimized.
Our Estimating and Contracts Managers work closely with our clients to ensure our proposals are highly detailed and transparent, removing ambiguity and providing cost certainty. We issue a full QSOR and outline cost plan where budgets are monitored internally by our Contracts Managers who work closely with our clients’ surveyors to regularly report on the finances of the project.
Through ongoing reporting and internal accountability, SCI maintain consistent levels of quality throughout, from quotation right through to project closure.
